"Voces de la Salud"

Live stream production for Tec de Monterrey (TecSalud) — professional dialogues between the dean and health experts on COVID, cannabis, and other relevant topics, reaching 20,000+ people internationally.

TecSalud, the Health division of Tec de Monterrey University, was creating a new concept in which its dean (Guillermo Torre) would have a conversation with an expert on a subject relevant at the moment, such as COVID, cannabis or others, and create a dialogue with the audience through the platform 'Voces de la Salud'. A professional production was needed to reach the quality expected for the institution.

I managed project scope, objectives, budget, planning, resources, time, execution, launching, and landing. I conceptualized visual direction for set and animated graphics, managed production, scouting, and set. I collaborated with international stakeholders including Mexican Secretary of Foreign Affairs Marcelo Ebrard and Clifford Lane, Deputy Director for Clinical Research and Special Projects at the NIAID.

I directed cameras and switchers during production, and animated graphics for opening, lower-thirds, and closing scenes. The result was a high volume of engagement during the dialogues, reaching 20,000+ people throughout the episodes internationally.
