"Share the Street"

Animated awareness video for San Pedro Garza García municipality — character design, motion graphics, and voiceover reaching 1M+ citizens in 1 month across digital and physical platforms.

The municipality addressed public transportation and street safety challenges by creating awareness content. The goal involved developing audiovisual material for social media, public screens, and citizen-facing platforms to promote safe street-sharing rules.

I managed project scope, objectives, budget, planning, resources, timeline, and launch strategy. I conceptualized visual direction for characters and environments, created preliminary sketches for validation, developed the storyboard, characters and graphic assets, produced 2D rigging animation and motion graphics, and wrote the script and produced voiceover.

The animation was published around different digital and physical platforms, reaching 1M+ citizens in 1 month and working as a prequel for a second video to be produced.
