In 2012, Pinstad co-founder started looking for a leader to position the platform in Mexico, having already established in San Francisco, California. For 2 years, I helped the company grow its market and enter the most important universities in the north of Mexico as 'User acquisition and UX strategist'.
I increased the platform's users by 6,000%, created strategic alliances with the 5 most important local universities to involve their students in the platform, and led the research on user needs for an optimized UX and UI on Pinstad Web V3.0.
I managed marketing campaigns and PR end-to-end — defining scope, objectives, budget, planning, resources, time, execution, launching, and landing. I represented the company publicly on interviews, events and new campus kickoffs.
