Común is a fintech serving the Latino community in the US. I partnered with the team to audit the full product end-to-end, mapping gaps in consistency, hierarchy, and usability across the existing experience.

Building on the audit, I proposed a new design direction grounded in clear design principles and fundamental changes meant to evolve the product — not just polish it. The proposal included a prototype and redesign of the barcode payments and remittances flow, alongside a broader redesign plan to guide the team's next iterations.
